Sham Castle
Sham Castle
A fake castle overlooking the City of Bath, built in 1762 next to the Bath Golf Club.
Timelapse images were edited in Lightroom and put together in After Effects, with timing adjustments made in Premiere Pro.
Boxes
Too much packaging!
A simple box animation using 3D solids in After Effects. The solids are parented to each other so that they could be animated as if the boxes were opening.
Trapcode Tao Gloop
A Trapcode Tao experiment with points. Starting off with a circle and some fractal displacement with the evolution animated over time, also on an adjustment layer CC Vector Blur and a Glow.
The Nexus with the Saber plugin
Here’s the Nexus from Star Trek Generations made up of a few solids with the Saber plugin.
Progress Wrestling Animations
Here is a selection of my favourite Wrestler animations that I made for Progress Wrestling. The animations are around 10 seconds long and incorporate any of the Wrestlers logos, colours, nicknames, or tag lines. The animations are always fun to make as each Wrestler is different.
For more information about Progress Wrestling you can visit the Facebook page – Progress Wrestling or the website at – ProgressWrestling.com and you can follow them on Twitter here – @ThisIs_Progress
BB-8 Roll-By
A short animation testing out some of the free Star Wars 3D models from Video Copilot for Element 3D. All the models look great, going to have some fun with these I think. Just animate and render!
Spirograph with Trapcode Tao
I applied the Spirograph expression from Dan Eddbert’s site Motionscript.com to the position of a Tao light and played about with the values. I also added some copies with the repeater for the last Spirograph.
For more Spirograh watch the video Spirograph with Trapcode Particular which uses the same expression.
.
Slinky Animation
Some more experimenting with Trapcode Tao. This time using the circle shape with the first repeater to make and animate a slinky.
