Happy Halloween 2016

Trick or Treat? Happy Halloween.

Rolling Robots

The BB-8 model is from the Star pack and the other robot is made up from parts of the Motion Design 2 pack.  Both robots are animated with the Aux Channels and Null objects.  Sound effects are from Motion Pulse.

Cube Logo Animation

An animated OBJ cube from the BlockU pack was used to form the main cube.  Trapcode Particular with the Rounded Cubes preset was used as the background.  Sound effects are from Motion Pulse. Here are some other cube logos that I played around with.

Sliding Puzzle Animation

Photoshop was used with the Slice tool to slice up the image into square sections. In After Effects the square sections were used as textures for Element 3D and applied to the square puzzle pieces. Each puzzle piece is animated with the aux channels.

Pin Art Logo Animation

Animation based on the Pin Art toy.  Element 3D was used to model the toy and the animation engine to reveal my JEH Logo with the pins.  CC Ball Action was used to create the mask shapes for the pins in Element 3D.

Boxes

Too much packaging! A simple box animation using 3D solids in After Effects.  The solids are parented to each other so that they could be animated as if the boxes were opening.
